Google- The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has announced a tender for 400 MW of interstate transmission system-connected wind-solar hybrid power projects.
- Projects must be completed within 24 months of signing the power purchase agreement, with bids due by July 29, 2024, and opening on August 1, 2024.
- Bidders must meet financial and technical criteria, including a net worth of ₹9.42 million per MW of solar and ₹12.98 million per MW of wind capacity.- The project will require an earnest money deposit, performance bank guarantee, and a success charge.
- Hybrid projects must have at least 33% capacity for each component and maintain a minimum 30% capacity utilization factor.
