SECI Invites Bids for 12 MW Solar Power Project in Ladakh

• Location: Phey, Leh, Union Territory of Ladakh
• Capacity: 12 MW
• Scope: Design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M)
• O&M Duration: Five years post-commissioning
• Tender Processing Fee: ₹25,000 (~$298.62)
• Earnest Money Deposit: ₹17.8 million (~$212,616)
• Bid Submission Deadline: August 16, 2024

Eligibility Criteria

• Route I:
  • EPC execution of ground-mounted solar projects with a cumulative capacity of at least 6 MW in the last seven years.
  • Experience in at least two grid-connected solar projects of 1.2 MW or more.
• Route II:
  • Experience as a developer of ground-mounted solar projects with a cumulative capacity of at least 6 MW in the last seven years.
  • Development experience in at least two grid-connected solar projects of 1.2 MW or more.
• Financial Requirements:
  • Average annual turnover of ₹355.9 million (~$4.25 million) over the last three years.
  • Positive net worth for the last financial year.
  • Minimum working capital of ₹111.2 million (~$1.32 million) or a letter from a bank confirming a line of credit for the same.

• Modules must be sourced from the ALMM Order’s List-I.
• Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and review all relevant details before the pre-bid meeting.
