-Project Specifications: Projects connected to ISTS must offer a minimum capacity of 50 MW, with either wind or solar resources contributing at least 33% of the total capacity. Bids must be submitted in multiples of 10 MW.
-Compliance Requirements:The use of indigenously manufactured solar modules listed in LIST-I and wind-turbine models approved by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy is mandated under the tender.
-Recent Developments: SJVN recently obtained government approval for four joint venture entities to advance hydro and renewable projects with a total capacity of 8,778 MW in India and Nepal.
